"We took the train from the airport to the National Theatre station, and then a 10 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel was perfect for us and we were able to walk to all the major city attractions. There is a coffee shop 10 seconds walk from the front entrance of the hotel, which was great for a quick breakfast. It was also nice to be able to use the pool."

"We stayed 3 nights. I booked a Superior room with a Courtyard view, but instead my view is the back of the buildings, not the Courtyard. The reception told us that cleaning is every 4th day of stay. That means no cleaning of the room during our whole stay. The problem with this is the trash, as trash cans are small, especially in the bathroom. It overflows after 2 days. So, I requested if I could have a quick clean-up of the room after my 2nd night. The reception said they would try to contact housekeeping, but when we got back in the evening, the room was not clean, and the trash was still there. Also, the ladder-type arrangement on the side of the bed is not advisable. I did bang my knee a couple of times. The location is great, though. It's near the Central station, and lots of shopping and restaurants are within a 5-10 mins walk."

"Staff was incredibly helpfull, rooms had heated bathroom floor! Tea/coffee and kettle provided in room, including safe and fridge. For Europe I found the room huge. Location was perfect, quick walk to palace, train, and water front. Great pizza place right across from hotel which never seemed to close, this was great as we arrived late in the day and it was raining. We were missing coffee cups but staff was quick to provide this to us. Housekeeping was great!"

"Wonderful quality hotel. Nice, spacious room. Excellent location and amenities. Pleasant staff. No bathmat in bathroom, which was odd given that shower is not enclosed and water spatters all over bathroom floor - actually not safe in my opinion. Hotel could not accommodate late checkout, which was disappointing. Otherwise a really great place to stay."
