"When I returned from going out, my room key was no longer working and I couldn’t enter my room.
Even after a staff member tried to help, the key still didn’t work, and I had to wait outside for about 45 minutes.
Eventually the room was opened and I was able to retrieve my belongings. After that, I was given a key to another room and was simply told, “That’s all, thanks.”
I understand that this was not the staff member’s fault, and they did help me access my belongings. However, the issue was caused by the hotel’s facilities. I was a bit disappointed that the situation ended without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience."
