"When I returned from going out, my room key was no longer working and I couldn’t enter my room. Even after a staff member tried to help, the key still didn’t work, and I had to wait outside for about 45 minutes. Eventually the room was opened and I was able to retrieve my belongings. After that, I was given a key to another room and was simply told, “That’s all, thanks.” I understand that this was not the staff member’s fault, and they did help me access my belongings. However, the issue was caused by the hotel’s facilities. I was a bit disappointed that the situation ended without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience."

"自動チェックインはシンプル カードキーで管理されており安心 エレベータもカードキーで稼働 6Ｆ屋根裏部屋風の部屋だったが特に問題なし シャワールームの仕切りガラスの動きがぎこちなかった。 オスロ中央駅から近くトラムの駅に面していて 便利。物価の高いオスロで、近くにjoker（コンビニ）があり、少し離れているがセブンイレブン（欧州）もあり便利。石畳、ブロック敷きの街中はスーツケースの転がしには大変、空港→オスロ中央駅→ホテル、駅近優先で選択便利"
