"The hotel staff were so accommodating and lovely to deal with. The staff let me have a late check out of 5pm as I didn't check in until 5am that day - which was incredible. "From the outside the place doesn't look awesome, but once inside it is a great light filled space with lovely furnishings. The only drag is picking up the key in the CBD before hand. "The location is great, a few min walk to the beach. The best part was being able go see the penguins on the pier.
