La clé de la chambre ne permet pas d'ouvrir la porte pour entrer et pire : pour sortir. Il faut appeler l'accueil au 7eme étage pour qu'on vienne nous ouvrir. En cas d'urgence ( incendie, séisme .. ) les clients sont bloqués . Notre sécurité n'est pas assurée. "
