Originally built in 1867 as a schoolhouse for School District No. 7 in Orange County, NY, The Old School House has been thoughtfully updated over the years, blending historic charm with modern comforts. After a complete remodel and addition in 2009, this home seamlessly combines the character of its original structure with the spaciousness of its more recent enhancements.

The heart of the home features a charming country kitchen, a mid-century dining area, and a cozy living room—ideal for after-dinner drinks and conversation.
