「The room was great. Staff good except on security guard. He was very rude starting with his approach. Cut me off while I was talking and no regard for representing your company. Three of my guests were planning to make reservations because of the good time they were having and the experience. They decided to opt out due to the security behavior. Overall I really enjoyed myself Ang glad I chose the W for my birthday weekend.」
