Love these properties. They all are the same so you know what you get. The beds are soooo comfy! There is good coffee, tea, and miso soup packet 24 hours a day. It was extremely clean. My only thing I didnt like is they lock the AC at 23 and it was so warm i couldn’t sleep. The next day they unlocked it for me and i slept perfectly. Staff was very polite. Wifi worked well, shower pressure was great. They also have breakfast set deals at a nearby restaurant , but i saw it too late to use it.

This hotel set the new standard for my wife to travel to Japan now. It is sit right below Inuyama castle and the hot spring is just perfect after all day out. It's garden (free with room key) is relaxing and tea ceremony (600Yen) was great. The hotel is well designed and the breakfast set (5000 pp) is well worth it. Excellent boutique hotel. It was beautiful inside and very intimate. The little cafe was cozy and had snacks all day long plus coffee and tea. There is a private onsen and little garden. I sadly missed the breakfast that they offered to us as i was so tired and comfy in the bed i had trouble getting up. The room was beautiful with great amenities and drinks for you. We stayed in the suite with private Onsen. Japanese dinner and breakfast were outstanding.

Nicely decorated hotel and good customer service. Room was spacious. Food was tasty. Maybe it is me, food was on the salty side so I needed to add water. Very good location near the train station.

Great breakfast

大浴場は広くて、サウナもあり非常に快適でした。長男と一緒の旅行でしたが、大浴場の横にはゆったりとした空間があり、テレビも寝て見れますし、漫画もたくさんあって、長男は喜んでいました。コインランドリーを利用中にプロ野球もゆっくり見れました。部屋もきれいですし、朝食もおいしかったです。

Nice new and clean rooms with all the things you need (not very well insulated though). In the close proximity to the Hotel there wasn't much in matter of eating out or shops, but 10min+ walk would get you where needed. And 20min+ walk to either of nearest train stations. But overall it was a pretty good value.

The hotel is so welcoming. All staff are helpful and pleasant except for speaking English. The food is excellent, and the location was great. The view was I just want to bring it to my home. Overall, it was great staying.

What an experience to understand the culture of Japan from the rooms to the amenities. We did not order the dinner which was a big mistake as the town at night was closed except for an Indian testairant
