"It was a great experience. I really liked the location of the hotel and the staff were really ice and friendly. Rooms are bigger than usual in compared to other hotels in Japan. Unfortunately there is no Onsen in the hotel. It is very close to shopping centers and transportation. I will definitely go back again."

"I stayed here in July and absolutely loved this hotel! The views from the rooms were beyond beautiful! It overlooks the mountains and river. The spa amenities were quite impressive. The pool, hot-tub, ice cold tubs were all impeccably clean. The temperature was perfect on all three. The beautiful changing rooms with vanities are a classy touch. The morning buffet had a great variety and was delicious! Most of the head staff spoke English. I can’t wait to stay there again. "

"Nice stay, not much to complain about really other than two nitpicks: My bed had light shining in from the corridor through the peephole, somehow hitting me directly in the face in the middle of the night. Claiming to be eco friendly and then serving individually wrapped Q-Tips is a little ridiculous."
