The hotel is very close to the train station. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of local food. I would not hesitate staying there again

This hotel set the new standard for my wife to travel to Japan now. It is sit right below Inuyama castle and the hot spring is just perfect after all day out. It's garden (free with room key) is relaxing and tea ceremony (600Yen) was great. The hotel is well designed and the breakfast set (5000 pp) is well worth it. 大浴場は広くて、サウナもあり非常に快適でした。長男と一緒の旅行でしたが、大浴場の横にはゆったりとした空間があり、テレビも寝て見れますし、漫画もたくさんあって、長男は喜んでいました。コインランドリーを利用中にプロ野球もゆっくり見れました。部屋もきれいですし、朝食もおいしかったです。

Nice property but far from the train station and limited taxi service.

This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. The hotel rooms might be a little small, but the convenience and the friendliness of the staffs balanced it out. I’m happy of how they went above and beyond to helping whenever you ask for something. Regardless if they have it or not, they will try to find a way to get a solution. Will definitely come back again.
