Really nice renovated hotel, with easy on site parking. Only a 5 minute drive to Nagoya Castle and not far from Legoland. Would stay here again.

The hotel is a short distance from Nagoya Station, but guests can walk to Nagoya Station and the Osu area. The hotel is in very good condition and the staff are friendly. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Good base for exploration of Nagoya

Our family stayed for 7 nights. This is an excellent base to explore Nagoya city. The hotel is 8 to 10-minute walk to Fushimi subway station. The hotel atmosphere is excellent. It is very clean and comfortable, with good service.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The TV remote had a Netflix button, but unfortunately, the service was not available. Additionally, the room’s soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the hallway was quite noticeable.

機械式駐車場がホテルの裏側にあり、1日2000円で停められる。 荷物を忘れた時は不便だけど係の方に伝えればお出かけ時など出し入れ自由なのがありがたい。 ホテルはロビーも部屋も清潔感あり、受付スタッフの方も海外の方が多いが日本語が非常に流暢で素敵な接客をしてもらえた。 部屋にはサービスのペットボトルに入った水が2本あり、何も入っていない小さな冷蔵庫とネスプレッソの機械、コーヒーカプセルが常備されていてありがたかった。 アメニティの歯ブラシが竹のような素材で予想以上に良かった！ ホテルの近く、道を渡ってすぐの所にセブンイレブンとドンキホーテがあり、飲み物やお土産の買い忘れなどがあった時に助かった。 また泊まりたいと思いました！

美しく、サービスも良く、大変快適な滞在でした。 ささやかなマイナスポイントがあるとすれば、登録特典にアイスをいただいたのですが、まさかの部屋の冷蔵庫に冷凍庫機能がなく、アイスが溶けてしまったことだけが残念でした、アイスは特典にしない方がいいかもです。

掃除も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせましたが 朝食でまだ食事中だったのにも関わらず 札は食事中のまま飲み物をとりに行き、戻ったら既に違う方が座っていた。 外国の方だった為文句も言えず そのまま別で座っていた家族の席へ行く事になってしまったことがあったので星一つマイナスです。

金城埠頭の施設に用があり、二泊しました。電車では、あおなみ線ルートしかなく、ホテルから名古屋駅まで向かう必要があり、歩くと20〜30分、タクシーで1000円強の料金です。 最寄りの駅から名古屋駅まで向かうより、歩くかタクシーが手っ取り早いです。 ホテルから名古屋駅までの間に、コンビニや飲食店が多数あり、近くにはドンキホーテがあります。 レゴランドへ行く方には、少し不便な場所にホテルはあるかなと思います。 スタッフの対応もよく、朝食ビュッフェもバラエティーに富んで満足出来ました。 不満点は、宿泊した部屋には浴槽が無かったのと、シャワー室のドアのパッキンが悪いのか脱衣所が水浸しになりました。 あと、アメニティ関連で男性向けの物（ヘアトニック等）があれば良かったかなと。 1脚でいいので、普通の椅子があればなと思いました。 エアコン（ダイキン製）のヒーターの効きが遅く感じました。 時間があれば、エントランス横のバーカウンターのスペースが雰囲気良かったので、楽しみたかったです。 時間制限付きですが、安価でアルコールも提供されていましたね。
