The bed was too firm for our liking and the bathroom and bath was very small. Otherwise the staff was very pleasant, the hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to Nagoya station in the morning.

Great hotel

Rooms were spacious and clean, lots of amenities and everything was very well taken care of. Staff were super friendly and helped me change rooms for free after I made a mistake with booking.

Hotel was very nice and more upmarket than it looked online. Buffet breakfast was nice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Could use an extra few seats in the lobby if you arrive early.

Property was in a good spot has a nice indoor spa. One major thing that happened for my one night of staying was a whole Assassin Bug that was in my room and was very bothersome to deal with. It changed my mindset and made me think not all hotel rooms are fully cleaned out I guess. Overall not bad.

Nice stay

Nice location close to the station. However if you go from exit 2 according to hotel’s instruction, there will be no elevator nor escalator. We had 4 large size suitcase and we need to carry all of them and take 2 flights of stairs to leave the station. The onsen/ bathroom in hotel is free of charge but the size is small Room size if quite big in these kind of business hotel

This was my first time in Japan. I came here to see the Sailor Moon museum exhibit. I was met by a mean subway employee but the staff at the hotel was just so sweet. They didn't mind communicating with me using my translator app and they did the same on their phone. I only know very simple Japanese. The process was simple. I didn't have to pay for incidentals. I had been trying to find out if i had to pay that beforehand but no one had the answer. The room was neat and small. They had all necessities in the room. I'm a small person so I didn't mind the small size. The breakfast buffet was good. It wasn't amazing but the best part was that it tasted so real. I feel like even the miso soup tasted so good, not an artificial taste. The massage lady did a good job. It was firm enough. I was worried it would be too soft massage. The desk staff graciously made the massage reservation for me. You're usually supposed to do it yourself. I appreciate that they tell you what day they're cleaning your room. I had a lot of trash though so I even filled up the restroom trashcan.
