西デンバーの四つ星ホテル

「清潔で快適な部屋でした。唯一の不満はWiFi環境です。そもそも接続が不安定で、使い物にならないほど低速度だった。」

「Beautiful historic hotel! Staff were helpful, room was cozy and well decorated, history was so interesting. Palace in arms was a great experience! Love the live piano in the lobby, wonderful memories made here.」

「料金システムに注意」

「夜間室内プ-ルに照明がついておらず暗かった。」

「Stayed 4 nights for a work trip so I can’t comment on the amenities and really just slept there. Room was comfortable and I had no complaints. Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful. The restaurant, Fire, on the other hand, did not have great service. went to get a bite to eat before they closed; confirmed they were still serving food and it was ok if I sat outside. Service was poor although it was just me and another table that was finishing up. I had to get up and go inside after 15...

「Nice and new hotel close to everything!」

「The front desk receptionist was very helpful. He offered a discount if we ate at the hotel. Room was clean and the restaurant and bar staff were nice.」

「While the property is clean and in an excellent location, the staff had no idea where I could park my Mercedes Sprinter Van due to its height. Then they told me to park across the street and they would have their manager reach out to the owner of that lot and it most definitely would be ok until morning. 「Very clean place, staff was nice and great hosts, especially the employee Shade, dude needs a raise lol」

「The bartender was great, he was knowledgeable about things to do and see not just in Golden but around the area. The lady (young girl) front desk, was very unfriendly and really acted like she hated her job. When we checked in we were told one thing about parking and everyday we were there it was an annoying situation to park. When we checked out they wanted to charge us for valet parking every day which we never did. Would I go back to Golden yes. But wouldnt stay there.」
