Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. "

"Freehand met and exceeded expectations for our weekend trip. We stayed in a double bunk bed room and were extremely pleased with the space, cleanliness, and the size of the bathroom. Having the additional hooks for our group at the entrance to the room was especially helpful and the outlets for each bed was a great bonus!
