「Checking in was horrible the machine for self check in were not working no assistance given. Staff shortage and long wait line. The room appears clean but light did not work it was dim. Dirty towels had to request a new room. That room seemed cleaner. Also requested more towels they never arrived. Disappointed over all.」

「Wonderful stay. Tahoe is an exceptional destination. Pros: Clean, roomy suite, nice view. Decent food. Nice staff. Prompt valet for luggage. Fairly quiet. Beautiful pool/spa setting. Very private blocking out the wind. Nice complimentary water bottles to drink from the whole stay and take home. Nice refrigerator. Great comfortable King bed. Good pillows and towels. Good food in available restaurants. Banks, grocery stores, and other amenities were not too far a drive away. Cons: two...

「The building is old, but it is very well maintained and feels clean. It is also conveniently connected to the adjacent hotel by a skyway. There is a beautiful river nearby, making it suitable for sightseeing beyond just the casino. I would love to visit again.」
