「I paid a bit extra for the Privilege room and it was well worth it, I had a massive bed, a little table with a couple of armchairs, and a mini-fridge! The bathroom was lovely. unfortunately one of the radiators in my room was stuck on but with the windows open and the fan blowing it was a comfortable temperature. 「The property has an imposing stance and even before entering, suggests a degree of elegance and style. The start was not good, however, as upon entering the room, I found that it had not been serviced. I cannot remember if I received an apology - suggesting that maybe I didn't - but the hotel deducted the price of two bottles of wine from a dinner for 8 as a paliative. 「We stayed in Owls Burrow. The Room was lovely. Cheesecake in a dome on arrival. Jug of water. Tea and Coffee Facilities. Nespresso Machine. Dressing Gowns. Fan if needed. Complimentary Toiletries to use while staying. Mattress comfortable. However 3 of the pillows were lumpy or flat. Be aware that the room faces a busy road. 「It was all good. Had everything we needed. Lovely bright modern room. Most comfortable bed. Good bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher. Chosen because there was secure parking. Great place to meet granddaughter at Sheffield Uni. Huge choice of restaurants and takeaways on the doorstep.」

Only reasons for 4 start over 5 are small areas for improvement: Little more attention to detail on cleaning needed - dirty used tray in oven/ food debris in cutlery tray. Would also appreciate communication re access to property being sent a little sooner, was worried it wouldn't be sent.」
