「Overall a really nice place in new town, close to the water and old town. Staff were super friendly, but unfortunately there were 4 small downsides. 1- lots of noise from the pub across the road late into the night. 2- we had a power blackout on our second morning that lasted quite some time. 3- the safe didn’t work 4- the balcony lock was broken, meaning our room was essentially unlocked (not great when coupled with the safe not working). 「Early morning taxi to airport booked for us by the host and we were able to avoid carrying our luggage through the old town. Great bed - circular staircase to bedroom on upper floor not suitable for elderly or persons with mobility issues. Fine for us.」

「What a wonderful place. Everything is perfect - the rooms, the breakfast, the common areas and the location. I especially appreciate the entire staff who were always available when I needed their help. I will never forget their kindness and I am already looking forward to my next visit.」

Unfortunately, the weather was not very good during our stay on Rhodes Island, but spending time in the comfortable rooms or in the library area—reading books or playing chess—was a precious part of our holiday. The service provided by the owner couple was also excellent. We enjoyed freshly cooked, made-to-order...
