"Quite nice apartment-style hotel. Room was very spacious, kitchen very well equipped. Cleaning could have been a bit better, but nothing terrible though. The hotel was under renovations so some floors had ongoing construction. Parking a bit expensive compared to other options in the area. "

"Excellent place due to cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and proximity / walking to Parliament buildings and Byward market which we love to frequent for breakfast and meals. Parking is a bit of a pain (no parking onsite), but valet parking is available. We have found that is is MUCH cheaper and just as easy to park our vehicle ourselves in the parking garage a 5-7 min. walk away. "

"Our overall experience was fabulous. Clean, friendly, accessible, beautiful amenities. We did have a situation with guests using flash photography and recording in the hot tubs and were wildly disappointed in how the staff member on at the time addressed it (he really didn't do anything besides quietly and timidly ask them to stop) but maybe he was new, nervous, not good at confrontation so I won't hold it against him. We will definitely visit again! "
