「Overall it was very nice. The only minor thing was water. Most of the hotels we went to in Costa Rica, they offer free complimentary water per day specifically if you like to have coffee in the morning. They charged $9 for a bottle of water which was not fair specially since the hotel was no close to store where you can buy water. 「The staff were accommodating and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and as advertised online. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pools were wonderful and our spa experience was extremely positive. Overall good value for dollar. Our only complaint would be the cost of a poolside drink - it was wild!」

I would also suggest that they skim the pool at least twice per day since there are so many bugs that land on the pool.
