One thing that surprised me was the handling of my luggage - arrived in the morning, deposited my luggage at the hotel, went to Dotonbori for lunch, shop around, came back to check-in after 3pm and the staff told me they have moved my luggage into my room!"

"The room was very clean, big, and comfortable! They also provide you different bins to dispose of trash and recyclables. The bathroom was huge and also very clean! Breakfast was really good with lots of options. The staff were always so kind and helpful! Very good location too! It’s within a 10 min walk to Dotonbori and there is also a train station right outside the hotel."
