"The new and modern hotel is situated right on the ocean boardwalk. The view at breakfast was spectacular as was the breakfast selection. One of the evenings we had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was one of our best meals during our journey through Italy with our 2 children."

"I can not tell you how amazing this hotel is. 12th century villa. Stunning. Grounds are gorgeous. Location is perfect. Close to both Lucca and Pisa and Florence. Free breakfest was great. Rooms comfortable. Bathroom newly renovated. 10-10"

"The people at the reception desk were so very friendly and helpful! We even had someone walk us to our room which was very spacious and clean. Our only complaint was about the town. Limited availability for breakfast in the morning and any chance for food if you missed the lunch hours. "

"The hotel is behind Livorno train station it could be little noisy The hotel not in shop area it’s kind of isolated better to have your own transportation . There is big shopping center close by open morning till late 8pm "
