Le descriptif pour cet hébergement n'est pas très précis, il n'y a pas 2 grands lits, mais que 2 petits coins pour dormir, pas de clum, pas de wifi. Situé au premier étage et sous la terrasse il y a un bar qui est ouvert quasiment toute la journée, la personne qui ouvre le bar commence a faire le ménage a 6h du matin, et la fermeture est apres 1h du matin. Beaucoup de bruits, on ne peut pas laisser la porte ouverte du tout. La propreté n'est pas top. Moi personnellement je regrette fortement d'avoir choisie cet endroit. Je ne recommande pas

La plage à proximité favorable. Marché nocturne tous les soirs jusqu’à 1 heure du matin sous le balcon ainsi que le bar très agité et bruyant dont nous n’avions pas eu connaissance. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le micro onde comme indiqué dans la liste.

L'appartamento anche se piccolo è molto funzionale. Zona tranquilla e poco distante dalle spiagge. Mare meraviglioso a dire poco. Comodo anche alle località vicine come Vada e Cecina. Esperienza più che ottima 😃

Sistemazione comoda e piacevole

L'appartamento e' curato e molto ben attrezzato, c'è' davvero tutto il necessario. Esposto a nord rimane fresco ed ha un comodo balcone dove si possono consumare i pasti. Si arriva facilmente al mare attraverso una bella pineta. Dalla Mazzanta si possono raggiungere facilmente le località dalla Costa degli Etruschi, che offre molte attrattive per adulti e bambini. I proprietari sono davvero gentili e disponibili.

Casa perfetta per le vacanze

La casa è molto carina e appena ristrutturata, molto pulita e ordinata, semplice ma ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario. E' rimasta fresca persino nel periodo di grande caldo, il terrazzo è molto spazioso e gradevole. La pineta e la spiaggia si raggiungono in 5 minuti a piedi (sia stabilimento che libera), il mare è bello, e comunque si può spaziare verso Cecina e verso Vada, ma in realtà non sentivamo il bisogno. Nel paesino si trova facilmente da mangiare e bene. Fra tutti i posti in cui abbiamo fatto vacanze da mare, è l'unico in cui siamo tornati per la seconda volta. I proprietari sono molto gentili, insomma: La Mazzanta per tutta la vita!

monolocale

La descrizione del monolocale è perfettamente rispondente alla realtà, abbiamo poi trovato mobili cucina, lavatrice e bagno nuovi di zecca, la pulizia era perfetta, così come l'attrezzatura della cucina. Bellissimo terrazzo per colazioni, pranzi e cene. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova di tutto: rosticcerie, supermercato, bar, ristoranti e pizzerie anche da asporto, giochi per bambini, bowling .. Il percorso per arrivare alle spiagge è piacevole e la pineta offre passeggiate rilassanti. Il parcheggio privato sotto casa è comodissimo. La sera la strada sottostante si anima con bancarelle e animazioni. E' stata proprio una bella vacanza! Grazie ai gentilissimi proprietari

"Locale come da descrizione, piccolo ma funzionale. Avendo effettuato una vacanza ad agosto già sapevamo dei rumori della piazza sottostante, ma per noi , coppia 30enne,non ci son stati problemi, perchè le bancarelle che ogni sera animavano la piazza alietavano le serate di questo tranquillo paese. Per giusta informazione entro le mezzanotte o poco più tornava il silenzio."

"sicuramente l''annuncio è fedele alla realtà, lìappartamento, pur essendo piccolo, è dotato di tutti i comfort, ha ben 5 posti letto ed è molto ben posizionato rispetto al mare, ai supermercati, alle attrazioni principali. Unico neo è (durante il mese di agosto, però, a settembre già non c''erano problemi) la gran confusione la sera, fino a tardi, essendo l''alloggio situato in zona "centrale", con pub, karaoke, musica ad altissimo volume fino a tarda notte."
