"We were away for a girlie break myself, my sister and cousin. We were blown away with the great standard of the hotel. It's Accommodation which was perfect and you could not fault the cleanliness. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we would happily recommend the Resident Hotel to anyone coming to have a great time in the beautiful city of Liverpool."

Its advertised as 4 star but didnt have the 'little touches' you would expect such as a fridge, hand soap in the bathroom, glasses/plastic cups in bathroom/bedroom for water or cold drinks. "
