My wife and I have stayed in this hotel numerous times. The hotel is lovely. Rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is located central to all parts of the city. We can't wait to revisit in the near future.

Very nice room with everything you need and a confortable bed. Nice area 2 minutes walk from Mathew Street and 10 minutes from Liverpool One Bus Station. The bar at the hotel is very nice and well equipped, and made a fine coffee.
Great stay, very nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately we did have a couple of false fire alarms that woke us up but appreciate this is beyond the staffs control and they have to ensure safety. The hotel does show some wear and tear in places but overall a great stay and would stay again
We had issues with the room we were allocated; the heating, lights and safe were all defective…the staff were excellent in giving us a different room and moving us in while we were out.

Room was a decent size, all amenties in room catered for, room was also very clean, good sized bathroom & shower. Did feel as though the room was pretty poorly lit, & not much privacy as there seemed to be apartment windows right across from us.
The breakfast was a bit of a let down, there was barely any hot food avaliable, even after we waited another 15/20 mins for them to re stock.
I do feel the price of £215 for a nights stay was very steep for what we recieved. Would probably give an overall 3.5/5
Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me

Location is ideal for being close to town parking is non existant the deal they have with the NCP car park was next to useless and tget failed to mention the club right next to it and blaring music out till 2am
