"Room is very noisy Everything else was great Amazing breakfast and amazing staff "

"Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!"

"Room was very clean and maintained well by the service staff. Breakfast was reasonable and staff was friendly"

"Great polite staff, very helpful, very happy. Nexus is a beautiful, picturesque escape from the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life. We would definitely book this place again. Just be sure to pack the insect repellent as you would going to any beach."

"Great location."

"Clean rooms, convenient to Imago (15-minute walk). Surrounding area needs improvement. Unfortunately, experienced air-conditioning leakage."

"The Regis was perfect for our 3 night stay in KK. Virtual front desk through WhatsApp was very responsive to all inquiries and the on site staff was extremely helpful. The location next to the Imago Mall was also quite convenient for anything we need plus ehailing to different spots in KK."

"Great stay as usual. Thank you to the staff for looking after us."

"Too many cockroaches, rooms weren't clean enough. Good location and pool"

"Great stay. Lovely hotel"

"The Borneo Eagle is an exclusive five star hotel - newly launched. The staff are excellent, facilities good - the only issue we had was the plethora of sand flies which caused a lot of issues sitting outside. We talked to the Manager about this and understand a machine is being shipped to deal with this issue - also the beach on the offside of the hotel was covered with plastic bottles and rubbish, which should be cleared on a daily basis to support the high quality nature of the hotel."

"Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, and a great location. Everything was perfect – highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean, location was convenient."

"シャワーでお湯が出ない。（出るのかもしれないが使い方が分からない） 外国人向けの説明が欲しい。"
