This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines.

The room was a good size. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room could have been cleaner.. the carpet had some very terrible staining and there was mold around the shower. It could be great with a bit more love. Also one day I had new towels and the next day they would take all the towels away… there was little consistency in the cleaning. The hotel was in a great location.
