"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. ..."

"This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed..
