「Overall the hotel has nice facilities and modern clean rooms. However there are many aspects with let the hotel down: - Very poor food, particularly in the evenings. - Restaurant is a chaotic free for all at times. - Not well staffed: always significant queues at the bar. - Endless noise being blasted across the whole resort from all variety of entertainment activities leaving no down time to relax. Overall the hotel is by no means terrible for the price, however it does not come...

「Rooms were kept very clean & were big a spacious. Food is so good ignore all the bad reviews we were super impressed, cocktails and premium brand drinks on the All inclusive were the best we have had, staff all super friendly, I had 2 massages whilst there & they were booth amazing. Would defo go back.」

「The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level 」
