"Room is clean and quiet. Good location. Front counter staff was not very helpful or friendly. Room was nice but very small. For the price expected a bit nicer/bigger room. Restaurant and shops in the foyer area price gouge, a small coffee was 800 yen!! Was nice but would probably choose another hotel next time. "

"Excellent hotel. The staff and service was impeccable. The room we had was huge and had a nice view. Lots of restaurants in the area and short walk to train stations and the Tokyo metropolitan building. Would 10000% stay there again. Thank you!"

"Decent location close to shinjuku station. Clean rooms. Beds are a bit firm. No fans in the bathroom for some reason. The room was also too warm and the AC didn't seem to help much. It was ok for the price."

We had a triple and it was cramped with barely any room for our luggage and looked like it was in need of a renovation. Also, the bathroom required a step up, which was somewhat dangerous at night. The staff was great and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed the paid breakfast on-site. "

"We had booked a standard room which turned out to be tiny. Staff assisted by providing an upgrade to a much more spacious and comfortable room for a fee. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. It was disappointing that on two occasions we had been out for the day and found our room had not been cleaned. The hotel itself is close to a station and Tokyo Dome but a bit far from shopping outlets."
