"The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately it is in a busy part of town meaning you can hear people leaving the pubs/clubs late at night. Due to the age of the building it was hard to get a flow of fresh air so everywhere felt too hot. But the room had air con. The staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the breakfast wasnt ready on time so once we got into the dining area the 1st serving of food was gone in seconds. They ran out of cooked food, bread and plates quickly. "A very pleasant country house style hotel. Good staff, pleasant restaurant and well appointed rooms. Relaxing walks in gardens, lovely outdoor areas for a drink in the sunshine. "

"This was our first visit to the hotel and we were very impressed. Driving up to the hotel through the golf course showed the size of the hotel and leisure facilities. Check-in and the room ( we had a family room) were as you would expect. We tried the golf range and shooting which were very enjoyable. Breakfast was also very tasty and plenty of choice. Overall definitely be returning. "

A fantastic house with a spectacular spacious garden. Minutes away from the Bird in the Hand pub and restaurant. I will be back for future visits to my family in the area. Very tasty breakfast ideal for setting up your day of activities."

"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "
