"Excellent experience at the hotel. Very comfortable bedding and beds. Helpful and welcoming staff. Outdoor warm pool and hot tubs were great for entertaining kids. Convenient locations to a few good restaurants and coffee shops, walking distance. Warm parking. It would be good to have a quick breakfast or at least a coffee bar at the hotel. "

"The stay overall was wonderful. The staff are friendly. Hotel has great walkability to main street. I do suspect that by booking through Expedia results in being assigned the less desirable rooms - meaning the hotel will always give the better rooms to people booking directly through them and or to the people who are a part of their rewards programs. If you are looking for a peaceful stay you may want to avoid being in a room facing the pool and or near the pool as it can be noisy. If you are on the second floor and the room above is occupied it can be a bit louder. Maybe ask to be booked in a room on the third floor away from the pool. "

"The heated pool and hot tub were clean and a big hit with the kids. The room was spacious - great for our family of five. The carpet could be cleaned a bit better (it was sticky in places), but overall quite nicely kept. Definitely recommend. "
