The room was pretty good for the price. However, the staff is really rude! Before checking in, I messaged the staff to tell them that I will be paying the deposit at the hotel, I told them the time I will arrive, but only get a “okay” as response. When checking in, the front desk lady was making a extremely long phone call and I had to wait for more than 20 minutes. It didn’t bother me at first but after I finished check in I said thank you so much but only got a “okay”. What does that even mean? It makes me feel that me checking in has bothered her and she doesn’t want to talk to me. After I get into my room, I asked politely if I could borrow a spare microwave to heat up some leftovers. The front desk staff replied with a cold message “unfortunately we don’t have any spare microwave”. No microwave is understandable, but she could’ve said “Sorry we don’t have any”. she could’ve also invited us to use the microwave in the reception or just explain politely that microwave is for staff only. This is not a cheap motel, I think I deserve a friendly and polite customer service experience . However, all I feel from the customer service is cold and impatient.
