"I lived in NYC for 5 years and travel to this wonderful city 4-6x a year. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at for so many reasons. Location!!! A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away. "First of all, the staff were all Very helpful and nice. We loved our room too. it was small, but perfect. The Hotel is in a safe location, basically in the middle of the city. It’s close to the subway, penn station or port authority is all in walking distance. Or better yet, the subways work well. All you need is an ATM and you can board the subway. "I liked how it was in Times Square. I did not like how they were doing renovations. Elevator was down a couple days, which caused lineups and delay."

"The electronic checkin was a great feature. Our room had a problem with the AC as this was shutting off automatically after about 20 minutes. Maintenance looked at it, but did not fix it (unfortunately as we “fried” overnight without AC. The property is well located and we would definitely stay there again……with AC that works!!!"
