「クラッシックで雰囲気のあるホテルです。インテリアがしゃれていて、落ち着きを感じます。従業員の方が親切で、周辺のレストランの紹介をお願いしたところ、地図付きのカードを用意してあったのには感心しました。ホテルのレストランの朝食も美味しかったです。すべてに大満足です。」

「The Botanical Spa and Suites is simply fantastic. The two-bedroom suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and stylish decor. Very comfy beds and quiet too. The spa treatments my friend and I had were also excellent. I would go back in a heartbeat, highly recommend.」

「The owner upgraded our room so we were facing Lake George. Our room was beautiful with a balcony. We sat in the room and watched three deer by the lake. The manager was very prompt and helpful with a small issue we had. 」

「We went on the off season, but the restaurant in the resort was still open. The resort is right on the corner of the main street so it is close to shopping, dining, and Mirror lake! Very convenient. The parking was also very easy, and again put us right at main street so we walked to dinner every night. There is an indoor pool and hot tub at the main resort and also across the street at the Lodge. Staff was very friendly. Refreshments in the lobby and sparkling wine given to us at check in! 」

「My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was how the bathroom was laid out. You have to get into the shower to turn it on, and outside of the shower the towel bar is placed higher than most I have encountered. Also I am not a fan of bowl sinks. However - the rest of the room was very nicely planned , and very clean. I had not been in years, and it was nice to see the property restored so well. I would definitely come back. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. 」

「What an amazing place to stay , it’s absolutely beautiful and clean clean clean !!! There was not one spec of dust , dirt , grime anywhere !!! The corners of the floors and baseboards are spot free which are areas my eyes see especially in bathrooms, this place was spotless !!!! View of the mountains no matter which room you were in . Stayed in suite 8 which had the full view of the little park , and the most incredible view of the lake . I certainly appreciated how quiet the hotel was , we did...

「Unique location, lodge and rooms have character. Quick drive to whiteface mountain. The restaurant has a good vibe and was packed on Saturday night. Kids liked the game room. Staff was helpful when we needed some extra service in the room. 」
