The hotel is very well located in the middle of Rome close to many important and interesting sites. This was my first visit to Italy. Hotel positives: (1) Walking distance (for us 15-30 minutes) to many major attractions including the Parthenon, Colloseum Forum, Trastevere, piazzas, Trevi Fountain and Vatican. (2) Helpful staff (they even printed out our boarding passes). (3) Well stocked complementary breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Get the map from the hotel from desk. It was better than any of the store bought maps that we brought with us.

The room was amazing! Free water and coffee! The location was awesome! The market is literally one minute away and that place is amazing! The gentleman that was there at the counter was so helpful and kind! Sauce and asked if everything was OK! Loved this place!

The hotel Donna Francesca shares a building with other hotel companies. I believe each company has their own floor if I’m not mistaken. Hotel Donna Francesca was on the fourth floor. We absolutely loved our stay. The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect when exploring Rome by foot. The provided breakfast buffet was wonderful. I will be returning to Rome in 2026 and I will definitely stay here for that visit.

This is an excellent location in central Rome, very short walk to Trevi Fountain & Pantheon, directly on bus route all over Rome, and about 10-15 minute walk to red metro line. Amazing customer service, the receptionist were amazing, the hotel have a beautiful rooftop where we could drink our complimentary Prosecco glass (honeymoon :) ) Room was not super soundproof and we were unfortunate to have loud neighbor, but whole experience was perfect
