"Such a lovely Ryokan, the staff were all so kind and nice. Super friendly! Explained everything so well and offered pick up from a nearby train station and drop off at local monkey park. The baths were all so different and the vibes were really good. Would definitely go again! I'd recommend everyone to go if you want to stay in the area."

"This Route Inn location is a bit older than some of their other locations, however it still has some good amenities like a public bath and in-building coin laundry (a must for hot Japan summers!). Room was small but clean, overall a good experience. I thought the included breakfast was every day, however I only received 1 meal coupon for my 2 day stay, which was surprising. Not really expensive, but didn't purchase a 2nd day and just got a bento on the train instead."

The staff were amazingly attentive and helpful, provided transport for us to see the monkey park and get us back to town in time for our train back. The evening meal was absolutely incredible and such a lovely experience, and the Onsen was outstanding. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again with absolutely no hesitation."
