"Loved this place! Super clean and convenient. Loved the Onsen in the hotel. The shuttle to Yubatake was great! This was a great place to stay, even more so if you bring your dog as they are very dog friendly!"

"If you don’t mind the smell from the hot spring water, the room with private hot spring is the must. Enjoyed it a lot while staying there. The staff are very helpful and trying hard to speak English for their service. The owner is very nice and friendly."

"A bit run down and since it was off season and mostly empty. At check the receptionist told me that breakfast was complimentary but when i went to the restaurant they said I would have to pay. So this kind of misrepresentation didn’t bode well with me."

"A wonderful stay! Very nice property alongside the river and close to the main street and baths. Spacious room, very nice baths on premises, excellent food. Above all, the hosts are very welcoming and gracious. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and are quite big and well laid out. The views are ok, not extraordinary. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we still could not see any mountains but only roof tops of other surrounding buildings. There is free food and snacks available but only for a limited time. The dinner and breakfast was good but not great. The onsens are the highlight of this property."

"By far the coolest and most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, would highly recommend. Extremely peaceful atmosphere and the onsen was amazing. I would come back 100x over"

"A lovely Japanese style accomodation. Refreshing to see that shoes are off limits at the property and they provide good lockers for the shoes. Private baths and onsens are available for a soak after a day out to explore. Breakfast is good too though the timings of breakfast are a tad early but best way to start the day ! :)"
