great hotel

We were welcomed warmly by the front desk staff. This is a nice hotel right beside the high speed train close to ski hills. It has everything you need including an Onsen (if that is your thing). Rooms were clean and quiet

It was a clean and functional stopover hotel in a smallish town at a shinkansen transfer station. Does have restaurant and public separated baths for nice soak after a days travelling. Staff were nice and friendly. I would go there again if in the area.

Small rooms, so book larger rooms if you have luggage. Staff is amazing and very helpful. We were able to upgrade and we even extended our stay. Great Japanese breakfast.

Close to the bullet train station so our trip in and out to see friends was so convenient. Getting to the hotel from the station was just steps away so we could put our things away and cleaned up before we met friends. Again on the way out the convenience to the bullet train was amazing.

Right at the station. Very clean, lovely staff. No food outlets nearby but a walk across the station had some restaurants. Great as a stopover to the Noto Peninsula.

We booked three reservations. Their cancellation policy is great and it allows us flexibility in our trip. We travelled from Sapporo and were not sure to arrive on the first day of our reservation. So the one day reservation plus a three day was perfect. Great Japanese breakfast. Book larger rooms if you have luggage. Staff very amazing and helpful.

Amazing spa and very clean!

Very clean and seemed well taken care of. The spa was amazing!! Much better than any of the pictures show, even had Dyson hairdryers and good quality hair and body products :) The room was small but very clean. Overall value for your money is 10/10. The only two things I can comment on are that I wished the restaurant would have been open for breakfast and that we would have gotten better info about the cleaning. We stayed for three days and it didn't get cleaned once, probably because we had to ask for it which we didn't realize. Except for those two things, our stay was lovely and I would recommend :)

車で行く方へ

一泊500円かかる駐車場の説明が今ひとつ不十分だった。夕方出庫すると高確率で埋まってしまうので、その場合は近隣の駐車場に自腹で留めるようです(私の場合すぐ隣で一泊1000円)。どういう仕組みかチェックイン時に聞いた方がいいです
