「We were advised we could check in an hour early after asking, so we went and purchased groceries. Only to find out that the next chat agent we were chatting with said we could not check in early. After waiting an hour with our groceries at 4 we tried to use the code provided, and it would not work. After taking pictures videos and sending them through the chat channel, they finally assigned a new code which did work the first time. The next day we advised via chat that the dishwasher was clogged...

「Perfect location great staff and tons around to shop and dine」

「The ad for the condo said the bed was a King which is inaccurate. It is a queen and it sits so low to the ground it was difficult to get up from. The bathroom door would not open all the way because it catches on the floor. The shower had no where to put shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. I had to put the toilet lid down and put all of them on the lid and open the door each time I needed one. If we knew the bed wasn't a king we would not have booked.」

「El único problema de la propiedad es él estacionamiento, te dicen que tienes 2 estacionamiento por hospedaje y al llegar nunca encuentras disponible, pero en general todo excelente」

「We were disappointed in the location of the rental/condo as it was advertised as being on the beach. The condo was located across a busy street, from the beach. 」

「beatiful view」

「Everything was good!」

「Did not like the fact they have very early check out at 9 am while they only allow check in at 4 pm - did not notice this when I reserved - this is preposterous Might as well have booked a hotel. When I called they wanted to charge 60$ for late check out and said it needs to be 5 days prior to the trip and did not even allow to pay for it」

「Having direct access to the beach was amazing.」

「Great location and clean well kept unit. 」

「Amazing place to stay! Super close to the beach, and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and prepared for my wife and I. Located within 5 minutes of everything you’ll need. Simple to check in and easier to check out. 10/10 highly recommend.」

「Staff is friendly. It’s clean and very close to the beach.」

「The place was spacious, clean, and not too far of a walk to the beach. Nice clean pool outside. check in and out was very easy. I would definitely stay at this place again.」
