「Beautiful historic hotel. Room was clean, staff was helpful. I really hated the AC situation. If I didn’t look at TikTok, I wouldn’t have known the windows open. My shower was a closet which Is okay but it was funny.」

「My daughter attends Endicott, so it was super convenient. The rooms are clean, the hotel is nice. All good.」

「The staff were very pleasant and went above a beyond for the ultimate satisfaction of their guest...」

「room was cold. thermostat didn’t work. Other than that, was very enjoyable weekend.」

「The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

「We met Ryan the Manager when we were checking in, Ryan was extremely helpful and personable. our room was very nice and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again in the future.」
