「There is a beautiful view outback, though not all the rooms can see it. “Resort” is a strong word. May be back in the seventies/80s it could be considered a resort. It’s fine, it’s just a little dated. But it’s in a good location to see the whole cape.」

「Overrated for off season nothing open except restaurant, in room coffee or $6.00 small cup from bar in restaurant wanted to sit at indoor pool watch football on this big screen TV not working, Nothing worked in arcade got someone to check it out got a few games working very disappointing」

「Very clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful employees , and beautifully maintained grounds. Wonderful place to visit !」

「The room was very nice, clean, and perfect for a couple. Unfortunately, the noise made our stay extremely disappointing. Despite the outdoor pool being closed for the season, loud music played from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. The guests below us blasted music until 1 a.m., and there was no front desk staff available overnight to address it. Our room also faced the main road, where traffic noise was constant day and night. Two nights of little to no sleep ruined what should have been a relaxing getaway....

「This was a good option for my family for a brief stay. The only thing is there was no arcade room which I saw listed in the amenities. When we asked the front desk about it, they looked at us like we were strange, but I double checked the Expedia listing and it did list it.」

「The room had an awful, strong cigarette smell that made our stay uncomfortable. The staff did try to relocate us to another room, but unfortunately, nothing else was available. I appreciate their effort and understanding. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The only major issue was the cigarette smell in the room, which really took away from the overall experience. Hopefully, management can address this issue to ensure future guests have a more pleasant stay.」

「Upon arrival, the manager was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel looked like it was recently renovated however our room had a funny odor.」

「Good sized clean room. Good location for exploring. Nice restaurants nearby. Even had a pickleball court with equipment provided. Staff were very helpful. Amazing whale watching with Dolphin Fleet, 37 whales some with calves!!」

「There was basically a party happening with young kids next door to us. We have young kids and had to get up early so we decided to leave and find an option that suited our family better. This hotel is a red roof hotel which I didn’t realize when booking. In my past experience, these are lower rated hotels. It may be a fine option for an adult stay.」

「The Sherborne was in a great location and was very charming. Cara was wonderful and offered many suggestions and recommendations for activities and dining.」
