「フェリー満席でホテルがある島に行けずホテルに直接電話しました。 しかしExpedia経由でないと受付ないとの一点張り。 ところがExpediaのWebでのキャンセル歩法がどうしても分からず時間切れになりました。 ホテルの不親切には呆れました。 結果、全額宿泊代金没収の憂き目でした。」

「Great location, gorgeous building and rooms were very pretty. Had issues closing the bathroom door because it kept getting stuck in the frame which makes sense in an old house but wish it was something that was taken care of. Service at front desk was lukewarm and not very welcoming. 」

「We reserved a queen room and were upgraded to a king with a balcony. What a nice surprise! I called for help with the OpenKey app to open the front door. Friendly staff answered immediately and talked me through process while staying on the line. Stylish clean lobby. Simple white bedding with soft pillows. Clean tile bathroom with plenty of hot water and a rain shower head. The water pressure in the toilet was low but we managed. Hot Keurig coffee available in the lobby early am. We watched the...

「This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!」
