「Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc.」

「I love the fact that this is a Christian founded campground where the hotel does not promote drinking alcoholic beverages. The hotel rooms are very small but comfortable for one person. The shower is about 3 ft by 3 ft. Not recommend for a large person. If you arrive early, don't worry, there are courtesy lockers to store your luggage while you explore the island. The front porches are very inviting and perfect for reading a book. The hotel does not offer complimentary snacks. However, ...

「Was upstairs attic type bedroom But small and very clean. Excellent shower. Issue was when we went out the first night for a wedding and returned the dirt to the building was locked. Had received no indication how to open it. When I called they answered right away and was fine. Didn’t see anyone at reception the 3 days 2 nights i was there」

The grounds & the beach were lovely although it was a bit chilly on the weekend we stayed. Skippers restaurant right down the road had amazing seafood! About an hour drive to Provincetown for Dolphin Whale Watch - well worth the trip. We would definitely stay at Blue Water Resort again!」
