「Family friendly second time going there this time was better than first one」

「The first day when we entered the room we noticed the the toilet was dirty, we talked with the front desk and they sent someone to clean, quit disappointing for the first day… the third day they did not clean the room and when we called the front desk they told us that they don’t have to, even in the rules of the resort is clearly written that is a part of the service they are supposed to provide. Bottom line the behavior of the front desk and the room cleanliness make not a good impression. We...

「Very small and dark room with very small bathroom for a very high price. Pool is NOT heated. Shower is open so water sprays everywhere. No counter space. Not enough towels and did not provide fresh glasses or water bottles every day. Food at bar is ok. Lost my sunglasses and no one returned them from pool staff.. The only perks are walkable to beach and downtown and the property gardens are nice. Otherwise no reason to return here.」

「I booked a room with a bay view and got to look at a tiny creek with over grow grass surround it. Jaccuzzi and pools were ok . Room was clean. except carpets being wet.the front desk customer service and cleaning lady's where help full but there a guy named Kenny not sure of job title but he's very Rudy and not help full at all. I will not be returning because of the rude gentleman.」

「Very disappointed in this property. First off when we checked in we were put in a totally different building than my 74 year old mother-in-law and they had to call the manager to have them change our room to be closer. Second, the room had an awful musty smell and was dirty. After the first day of staying and giving them an opportunity to clean I had to go personally ask for the floors to be cleaned 3 times. I honestly don’t think this establishment owns a vacuum. I ended up putting a large sign...

「We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. It was close to Oak Bluffs, making it easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, the harbor, and many of the island’s attractions. The front desk clerk was absolutely amazing friendly, welcoming, and full of great recommendations that helped us make the most of our time on Martha’s Vineyard. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again!」

「中心地から少し離れていますが、海に面して　快適なロケーションです。 シャトルバスがあり、フェリー乗り場まで送迎してくれます。 レストランに面して芝生があり、滞在している子供達が　のびのび遊んでいました。 海に面してデッキチェアがあり、休むこともできました。 無料の貸し自転車で　近くの灯台まで行きました。プールも2〜３分離れたところにあります。浴室はシャワーのみで　浴槽はありませんでした。 かなり高価でしたが、他にホテルがなく、ハイシーズンのせいもあったかと思います。 ナンタケット島自体にガイドブックがなく、詳細が不明でしたが　、良いところでした。」
