This property is situated perfectly in the heart of downtown, making it walking distance to most everywhere in the city. The rooms are small, but they are so cute and clean and the tile in the shower is incredible. The hotel is dim lit in the best way, making it feel quaint and cozy. The restaurant and bar are beautifully decorated and the seating area behind the bar is spacious and opens into a courtyard perfect for relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that any needs were met. I hope to return to Nantucket in the future, and if I do, I will absolutely be staying at the Greydon House again.

The staff was excellent, room and bathroom were very clean. Location is perfect for shopping, bars and restaurants. Onsite restaurant Via Mare was excellent. Evan our management person was superb helping me with future reservation. Can't wait to see the new addition!

The friendly staff were helpful and there to help with any of your needs from the restaurant recommendations to providing great blueberry muffins. The location was convenient to everything that the island has to provide. Rooms are small but provide everything that you need to be comfortable. Very quaint.

Definitely worth upgrading to the King Suite for the best experience! Spacious, immaculate, comfortable, and charming accommodations with the best location in town.
