Friendly staff with comfortable and spacious rooms (especially for a big city). This hotel is in a decent location, right next to a trader joes and just a couple minutes walk from the nicer areas of Boston. There aren't a ton of casual food options around here at night though.

Everywhere you went you were greeted with a smile. The front desk were wonderful. The doorman and bellman were very attentive. The room itself was very spacious and well appointed. I was thrilled to have access to Diptique beauty products. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish.

We stayed the first weekend in November so the entire Island was quiet. Off street parking was a plus. Friendly staff. Coffee 24hrs in dining room. Convenient location for dining, shopping, ferry and other sights. Lemon Press for breakfast was excellent and located a shirt walk away.
