We didn't get to stay as long as we had planned due to a family medical emergency. The one night we were there was great! The gentleman at the checkin was so nice and helpful with food recommendations. The views and location are perfect. The beds were very comfy. We definitely want to go back sometime and will choose Chatham Tides for sure.

Loved our stay! The location right on the beach was incredible and the room was super cute and had everything we needed. Loved that the bikes were so accessible and the bike trail to Chatham was beautiful. Would definitely come again :)

Cabins are a bit dated but cozy. Kitchenette has half size fridge/freezer and 2 cook stove elements along with toaster and coffee maker (Kuerig). No microwave. Lovely beach in the off season. Beds are very high off the floor and may be challenging for shorter guests, stayed here twice and very satisfied with the location and service.

This is a HIDDEN GEM!! Amazing hotel - cute, clean rooms. We loved having a little kitchenette and outdoor seating area. The hotel has a private little beach - we enjoyed sitting out there every evening. The location is minutes away from everything Chatham has to offer. The staff is very friendly and helped with so many recommendations. Highly highly recommend Chatham Tides!

Seemed like we were put in a unit that doesn’t get much use, just overall looked run down with paint chipped on everything from the walls to the table and chairs; The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom door; There were marks from the bed all over the floor and some on the lamp. Tight space overall and limited bathroom space for women to do hair or make up. Overall, for the price of over $500 for one night, the room didn’t feel like it was up to par. Also very thin walls and you could hear the people next to you or outside crystal clear. The amenities such as free bikes, kayaks/paddleboards, beach chairs, and being on the beach really was a great plus. However, I’ve stayed at nicer places on the beach for less in the cape. Beach itself had a lot of shells and rocks, seaweed and dead horseshoe crabs had to be stepped over before getting in the water which was a little murky.

I had a wonderful stay at Chatham Tides from Sunday to Monday and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Russell and MaryEllen for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made my stay memorable. My room was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had the most idyllic oceanfront location. Waking up to the sound and view of the ocean was absolutely perfect. Monday turned out to be a gorgeous beach day, and the manager very generously offered me a late checkout so I could enjoy a few extra hours by the water. That thoughtful gesture really exemplified the exceptional level of customer service at Chatham Tides. The only suggestions I'd offer are providing a little more guidance on where guests can find bottled water, and perhaps adding a late-night snack or vending option for those midnight cravings. Neither took away from what was an excellent experience. Overall, this was a lovely stay with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful setting. Five stars—I can't wait to come back!

We loved everything about Chatham Tides! So much so that we are returning in 2027. The on-site staff was kind, friendly, helpful, offered suggestions in the area, and helped us get booked for next year. While we opted out of daily housekeeping service, we were routinely stocked with towels, paper towels, TP, garbage bags, etc. The staff is a refreshing bonus & part of the reason we are returning! I took my own coffee just in case, but the room was stocked w/good coffee pods. The property itself was tidy, quiet, quaint, off the beaten path (water front w/a private patio), and offered good amenities (bikes, firepit, grill, & patio furniture in the outside common area, convenient parking, small gift shop, etc.). Chatham Tides and its staff (who really went above & beyond!) exceeded all expectations for a peaceful, easy, relaxing, rejuvenating getaway to Cape Cod. We can't wait to return & (hopefully) visit w/the same staff members. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+!

This was a perfect location for us. There was a private beach walking distance. Everything you could need was offered for use. The staff was lovely. It was quiet and close enough to restaurants and the main town. I would stay here and plan to stay here again.
