Pretty close to the steamship authority ferry point Within walking distance if desired which also gives you a chance to observe other inspirational properties in that area Continental breakfast was very enjoyable etc

Very cute boutique hotel within easy waking distance to town. Enjoyed the veranda with its rocking chairs and porch swing, as well as the afternoon chocolate chip cookies.

The room was so cute, the breakfast has lots of choices, the afternoon cookies are delicious. We even had live music in the welcome room with wine and snacks. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, walking distance to downtown Oak Bluffs and the ferry terminal. It’s ideal, would stay again !

The place is beautiful and a perfect location. Parking was a breeze. A very short walk to the beach and breakfast was fresh and plenty. The room was sufficient and beautifully decorated. It didn’t matter the size of the room because you spend all your time outside. The staff was very helpful and very kind. I certainly will be back.

What a charming stay! Breakfast was great, lots of options. I went with my sister and stayed in a room with 3 twin beds. Beds were super comfortable and bedding and pillows were excellent quality. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Wine night in the lobby with music and cheese and crackers was fabulous. Lots of porch seating. Wonderfully convenient location. Would stay again.

Amazing place to stay, very friendly staff, great location. Had an amazing stay and met a lot of great people. Mimosas on Sundays, and don't forget to get the cookies in the evening.

Excellent no-frills ( well maybe a little) rooming house style hotel. The cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. They could improve in just one area (the toilet seat was broken). Continental breakfast was more than expected (quiche bites? Yes please thankudrivethru) all day tea and coffee, and the most accommodating, helpful staff I've dealt with since 1995. AC was blazing cold (perfect) which doubles as a heater. Rooms were admittedly small and the walls were thin. Well-enforced quiet hours helped that a lot). Location can't be better (5 minute walk from Inkwell Beach AND Circuit Ave) Overall, highly recommended!!
