"Great staff and a very nice property for the price point. The breakfast was great (additional pay that I opted for). I did like the hot springs on the 2nd floor, was a perfect treat after a long day. there isn’t much going on in the area in general, nothing wrong with it, but just a small town with no frills."

"I liked the convienience of shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Also the breakfast and dinner buffet -many different delicious choices. Onsen with the view in the same building was also great. "

"Small but clean, comfortable, well-maintained place with a kind and helpful staff. The bath is wonderful, and the phenomenal meals put this place well above other hotels in the area. Some may find the location a bit far from the shops, but it’s easy walking distance, and I found it nice to not be among the noisy tourists. "

"Fabulous Family friendly hotel with many large onsen pools. Lots of space & activities for the kids too. It can get a tad noisy at dinner in the buffet hall. "

"Great hotel with great view and service! Unfortunately the location isn’t that great, about 15-30mins drive away from the main attractions. Staff were amazing though! Go all way out to fulfil our meals needs. 5 stars for the front desk and kitchen staff!"

"First time to Noboribitsu and it was great. It deep down in the mountains in its own little town. Definitely would have to take a bus or taxi in to get to the town"

"Very nice hotel with a good hot springs facility on the second floor. I chose the traditional Japanese room and that was spacious and very nice. Quiet area and the hotel was quiet as well. The hotel could benefit from a facelift, but all in all it was good"

"何度も訪れているお気に入りの宿でした。夕食は美味しく施設も落ち着いてのんびりしたい方にはとてもおすすめです。が、朝食の質が非常に残念だが格段に落ちていた。北海道の卵不足からなのか朝食で出していたその場で焼き上げる卵焼きが無くなっていた。虎杖浜産のタラコもなくなった。ホテルの方はわかっているはずです。カレーなども出していたがホテルの名前を付けてはいるが具材のないレトルトを出しているようにしか思えない。以前は品数はそれほど多くはないが質の良いものを提供していた。人手不足なのかコストカットなのかわからないが改悪と言わざるを得ない。元の朝食を知っている方がきたら確実にガッカリすると思う。物価高の影響なども理解出来るが改善されないようなら私はもう行かなくなるかもしれないです。"

"It’s hard to leave a negative review as the staff were all so friendly and helpful. “You get used to the smell” was our motto as you do slowly go nose blind to the overwhelming smell of stale old cigarettes. (You are still allowed to smoke in your room here) We may also all have splinal damage from sleeping on the floor in the “Japanese style beds” This whole town has a bit of a post apocalyptic feel when we visited in the winter as it’s quite run down. "Family friendly facilities , indoor play area for young children . Public bath is clean and comfortable . However , it seem overly crowded with tour groups checking in . But space is adequate for all. Half board dinner seem pricey but reasonable varieties . Was expecting Jap hotpot set dinner instead of buffet , kind of disappointed in that ."
