"Everything was spot on and much better than expected! Location is convenient and close enough to many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The laundry was so cool and you can check the progress from the tv in your room. Will definitely come back if we were to visit Osaka again!"

"Wonderful little hotel, everything you need and very clean. Free coffee, drinks and ice cream until late and a nice simple baked breads some cereal selections for breakfast. Overall very convenient Namba station is approx 15min walk and area around is very safe, plenty to see and do. "

"Hotel is in a great location - right in the middle of Dontaburi and easy to get around. The hotel was very clean - room and facilities were updated and modern. Buffet breakfast was a surprising hit with our family (hotel buffets are usually mediocre from my experience but food was terrific here - totally recommend, great way to start the day). Staff is very friendly … would give full marks for this hotel!"

"This was my second time at this hotel, which is located minutes from the famous Dotonbori entertainment district with its restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and services. The room was decent size, bed comfortable, good AC and wifi. The hotel is a short stroll to the underground shopping mall which connects to Osaka's metro train system. Staff were cordial and competent. Recommended. "

"Good location. The lobby looks impressive but the rooms are very basic . Nice reception staff. Room service/cleaning was very basic: bins were emptied daily and towels were changed daily. Room was not vacuumed for two weeks during our stay. Free bottled water was provided daily and some green tea bags which was lovely. There was a kettle in the room and a fridge. Bath tub was lovely and deep ,great shower. We didn’t come to Japan to stay in a hotel so it did what it needed to do - to provide us...
